This section explains how the website ikonikahomes.com, operated by Ikonika Homes (Bellamar Real Estate S.L.), uses cookies and similar technologies.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function and can also be used to understand how visitors use it. Some are essential; others are optional and only used with your consent.
Strictly necessary cookies. Our website is built on Webflow, which sets a small number of technical cookies required for security, hosting and the basic functioning of the site. These do not require consent and cannot be switched off.
Analytics cookies. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our site, so we can improve it. These cookies collect information such as pages visited and approximate location, in aggregated form. They are only activated if you accept them via our cookie banner. We use Google Consent Mode: if you decline or have not yet made a choice, no analytics or advertising cookies are set and no identifiers are stored on your device. Google may still receive limited, cookieless signals (such as the page visited, a timestamp and general browser information) without any user identifier. These signals cannot be linked to you and are used only in aggregated form to estimate overall site usage. You can change your choice at any time via the cookie banner shown on this page.
Our website links to WhatsApp and Instagram. These are simple redirect links, not embedded content, so they do not place cookies on your device from within our site. Once you follow such a link, the privacy and cookie practices of the respective provider (Meta) apply.
When you first visit the website, a cookie banner lets you accept or reject non essential cookies. Analytics cookies are not activated unless and until you accept them. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time on this page, where the cookie banner is always shown.
You can also control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may affect how some parts of the website work. Guidance is available in the help section of your browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge and others).
We may update this cookie section if the cookies we use change. Please check the last updated date at the top of this page for the current version.
