Two perspectives, one standard. For us, the best interior is not simply the one that looks beautiful today. It is the one that continues to make sense tomorrow.
Lilia
Design & Creative Direction
Lilia is a diploma-qualified interior designer with a background in fashion. That world sharpened an instinct for quality, proportion, and detail. She listens first, then designs around how you actually live.
Joel
Investment & Project Strategy
Joel comes from the world of finance and investment, with direct experience in real estate. For many of our clients a home on the Costa del Sol is also a significant investment, and Joel understands both sides: where to invest, where to hold back, and how to get the most from a property.
Interior design is not just about making a property look beautiful. It is about understanding its potential and making the most of it. We combine design with an understanding of the property as an investment. Every decision, from the layout and materials to the furniture and details,
is made with both in mind.
The result is a space that feels right, works well and adds value to the property.
